Right now, I probably look like death warmed over because I am fucking TIRED right now. The last three days I have had to wake up at 5:10 am in order to be at school by 6 for kennel rotations. That means while you guys are cuddled in your warm beds, I am at school shoveling cow or horse shit, and not trying to throw up cleaning the dog kennels. (Seariously, dog poo smells 10 times worse than cow or horse shit) Not fun, especially with the weather we have been having lately, driving into school right now has been a freakin' joy. I am usually, if not overly attentive during class, I am at least able to keep concious during it, instead of slowly drifting off to sleep. I am ready to choke every bright awake person I see since that means they are getting more sleep than I am with my 5 hours at this point. That means I hate you all right now, since most likely you are getting more sleep than me at this moment, and if not, you are likely at least used to going on so little sleep. I especially hate Vanessa right now since I know she slept into at least 10:30 yesterday. That is right folks, she got 5 more hours of sleep than I did! ARGH! *Pout* Other than the slow death by sleep deprivation, I think things have been going well. If you don't know, last week I started work at TASC, and I enjoy it. I get a 15 minute break, and I can sit. Imagine that. I hope everyone is having a fun time in school, and you all better get good grades, or I shall beat you with a rubber hose. What up y'all? Been a bit busy lately and havn't posted because of this. I am pumped, had a good birthday last week and turkey day, got fat on dinner rolls. I am excited for Saturday since we are cookie decorating and then Ness and I are Xmas shopping. I am super pumped though since I just signed up for next semesters classes and they rock! My earliest class is at 10:30 on MWF while on TTH I don't start until 11:30 and if you know how my classes were before this fucking rocks! (Seriously, most my classes start at 7:30, 8:00, or 8:30 since the school hates Vet Techs, I swear.) But, instead of my latest classes being until 3:30, two of my classes go until 5:30, but I would rather be here later than earlier. My Classes for the next semester: Clinical Pathology 1 Animal Care & Managment 2 Animal Disease 1 (FUCKING BULLSHIT! I TOOK THIS AS ZOONOSES, AND PASSED!) Vet Offic Procedures 1 Exotic Animal Husbandry Animal Behavior Sound fun right? If by collecting fecal and blood samples and looking at them under a microscope and having to learn how to be a secretary sounds fun then yeah, it is. So, sitting in the cafeteria, waiting until I have my LAS midterm. We'll see how I do. Hopefully well. :) One of my classes is a bit bothersome, it is my Anatomy and Physiology class. I just had an exam yesterday, and I am not thinking I did too well. In the class, we are also dissecting a large dog. 4 different dogs total in my class alone. I am grossed out a bit by what I see (the worst is the smell), but I am a bit more disturbed by my whole lack of compassion for the dog. I see it just as a tool, though more people in my class are disturbed by how we are "desicrating" the dogs. My thought is, "these dogs are learning tools, they were going to be euthanized anyways, so why not learn something from it?"
We actually took one of the front limbs this morning, and all I think was how hungry I was. Does that make me disturbed? I dunno, I like to think I am desentitized to the whole thing, and in the long run if I am not getting sick from seeing these dogs, then I should be a better vet tech in the long run. Another interesting observation I found doing this is how much dog muscle looks like chicken meat, thought you might all want to know that. Later y'all.

Um, so been awhile since I have updated. First thing is first, for those of you who don't know, I got my driver liscense about 2 weeks ago. Yipee! Now I don't have to suffer the shame of asking family members for rides to Red Letter News and Visions. Um, got a full plate school wise. 4 classes, but 2, 2 hour labs for one, and 2, 3 hour labs for some others. Sucks testicles it does. My technical reporting class is the worst since it requires me to do a paper a week, and I know some of you are like, p'shaw, I have to do a shit load more, but give me a break, I'm lazy, and I don't like to do this much work. Other ones are going well, except I have to do a dog model in my Anatomy and Physiology course, which is like making one of those plastic car kits. Oh well, at least I am pulling a BC in the class at this point. (I thought I was like failing the course since we had our first quizs this week, and I thought I totally blew both of them) Work has been okay, though my boss chewed my ass out when he came back from a week long vacation and found he had to unload a lot of boxes the rest of us didn't get around to. Excuse me, but if the temporary manager didn't think we had any boxes to unload, then don't reem me just because I am the first worker in after you get back. Threatned to fire me he did, but he is an asshat, so I say fuck him. He seems fine now, but I am now wary around him. Other than these exciting updates, nothing has been going on. Had my first and only class for the day. It is Animal Anatomy and Physiology, and it turns out, other than dissecting a dog for more than a month, if the teacher frinds road kill, and animals at packing plants, he may bring them in for the class to look at, so we get to look at a rotting animal, it should be very fun, right? I think not, and he said that we wouldn't know its microbiological state, so we had to be careful, cause they may be carrying disease! Blugh. Anywho. Now to wait for Anna to get done, I should be gettinbg my lisense in the next few weeks, so I only need her to drive me three days a week for a very short time. I am so bored. Just sitting here, typing away at the computer. God, I wish I had a camera right now, if you could see the bird in my room, you too would go into diabetic coma thanks to the overall sweetness of his apperance. Screw him, I don't need no damn bird to make me die! It will die first! Anyone want to come over for some roast cockatiel? I will cook him in an orange sauce, squeezed using these very lily white hands. I promise, none of that store bought orange sauce. That stuff never tastes right. You know? Just like how store bought pie never tastes right. My grandma makes a really mean grasshopper pie, no, it isn't mean, like it doesn't hurt you, it got plenty of moisture, so it isn't a locust pie. I could never eat a locust like in Hidalgo, that was nasty. Anyone else see that movie? The horse sorta scared me, since it had such blue eyes. It was a devil horse, but goats have much worse eyes. They are all yellow and stuff, and I got a damn scar on my hand from some goat pen. That reminds me, less than a week until school starts and I am back to working with animals. Boo. Oh man, last night was a blast! Going to Club 5 (yes, da gay club) with the gang was awesome! The music was great, and all the free soda you can drink?!?!?! Oh, and plenty of young, fit, hot men to oogle...while they make out with other young, fit, hot men. Why are all the gay men so hot? Why do you forsake me Anthony Rapp, Rupert Everett, and Tom Cruise?!?! (I kid, I don't think he is attractive, but he is a FAH-LAH-MING, and some deeply disturbed fag hags seem to still be attracted to him. Why I don't know when he is nuttier than a shithouse rat in a tin shack. It sort of negates any slight preexisting hotness.) Other than the fine pieces of gay ass, I saw Leah ride one fine gay fellow like a 10 cent whore, and why do all of them take off their shirts? 'Twas fine in my book, but I ended up seeing more crack there than at Whitney Houstan's house. There was also some men in drag, and armless girl, in laced up shoes, how did she do it? I can understand just slipping on some flip flops or sandels, but lace up? She must have some good friends. Um, and I did get to see people do everything but have sex, and the only reason they weren't was because their clothes were blocking entrances. Oh, well, and least I gots my momento, a condom!! I have been a bit of a shut in lately, and I don't update enough. To date, I have been working alot, last week my manager went on holiday, so I took his shifts, which means...I get a fat paycheck! Hells yeah! And yes, I did just use the term holiday, much like an english person might. Wanna fight about it? Other than that, I have seen a couple movies this past week. I went to Walmart with Trish and the gang and ended up buying yarn and knitting kneedles. Ima gonna learn how to knit scrafs or so help me! I also bought the Craft on DVD. You knows you want it Grote, instead of your piddlyass VHS. Oh no I dinnit! I am a little confused right now, I hear of all these things my peeps are doing, and though I have been invited to some, and had to turn them down due to previous work engagements, others, no one bothered to clue me in on. I have had alot of afternoons and evening free these past few weeks, and now I am going to be working alot and probably can't hang out. Hello to the Gardeniers, you may not remember me. Hmmm. Not much has been up. Something that happened...Oh! I got new underwear at Target, interesting, no? Um, I hung out with the Trishmeister last weekend and we took crazy pics, to see, go to facebook and look up Tricia "the yellow dart" Roberts' photo album. 'Tis wild. Nothing much here on my part, I have just been mostly working. I find it tedious work and weep for the people who are regulars to wonderful Spirits Etc. Oh, on top of that, as of yesterday, I can now legally sell booze by myself. Hizzah! I also went through all the rented movies, and ended up removing 47 "out on rental" tags that didn't need to be on the movies since they were, in fact, in. Thank god for that busy work, or my 7 hour shift would have seemed really long. Going to see the Lake House tomarrow, so hopefully I will be stuffed and sated on popcorn and soda. Seacrest out.
